How much does it cost?

$100 per hour for the venue (4 hour minimum) $150 cleaning fee for the event. $100 is for sanitizing, bathroom cleaning, etc. beyond the swept clean Lessee needs to do. $50 will be returned to the renter once the venue has been “Swept Clean”. *(Includes-30minute Set-up time prior to start time and 30 min after event finish for cleanup) *50% deposit (non-refundable) required 15 days prior to date of party/event

Handicap accesible entrance and bathroom Covered Front Porch with lighting. Tables, Chairs, and booths. 3 bay sink. 2 ice wells and stools. Bathroom paper/soap, Garbage cans and bags. Freezer available to store ice. Internet TV, Touch Tunes, Dance/Disco lights, Asteroids video game
what hours can I host a event?

Event/ Party must end by Midnight Friday and Saturday, and by 9pm Sunday thru Thursday.
